Role Overview
- Support the CFC USA Leadership team
- Combine portfolio strategy and performance oversight with operational excellence
- Analyze underwriting performance, loss ratios, profitability, and operational KPIs
- Identify opportunities to optimize pricing, business mix, coverage, and process effectiveness
- Embed efficient, compliant, and well-governed operational practices
- Act as custodian for strategic initiatives including digital trading, AI, and automation
Requirements
- Strong experience in underwriting operations within the US insurance market
- Clear understanding of end‑to‑end commercial underwriting processes
- Comfortable managing portfolio performance
- Interpreting complex data
- Turning insight into recommendations that improve profitability and underwriting outcomes
