Contract management: Draft, review, and manage contracts that safeguard our legal and business objectives and ensure legal certainty and transparency.
Strategic legal advice: Provide practical, business-oriented legal guidance to our teams, identify legal risks, and develop sustainable solutions together with our stakeholders.
Negotiations: Conduct contract negotiations with our customers and partners domestically and internationally.
Legal process optimization: Collaborate within the legal team and with other business stakeholders to continuously improve processes and create real value for the company.
Cross-functional collaboration: Act as a point of contact and driver for legal matters within the company and support our teams in achieving their goals on a solid legal foundation.
Compliance and regulation: Develop and oversee processes to ensure that all our activities comply with legal requirements, particularly in IT law, data protection, and other compliance obligations.
Requirements
You are a fully qualified lawyer (m/f/x) with at least 4 years of professional experience, preferably in IT (contract) law.
You take business ownership by designing and implementing legal processes within the company.
Ideally, you have prior experience in compliance and data protection topics or are interested in co-owning these areas.
You are experienced in communicating complex legal issues clearly and understandably.
You have negotiation-level German and English skills, both written and spoken.
You demonstrate a high degree of initiative and a proactive working style with a focus on business processes.
You are willing to work regularly from our modern office in Mannheim (at least 3 days per week).
