Design, develop, and implement end-to-end learning programs aligned to Precision’s business strategy, talent priorities, and evolving capability needs.
Support the design and delivery of leadership development programs for high-potential and senior leaders, including cohort-based experiences, assessments, and action learning.
Develop and deliver manager enablement programs that strengthen core people management capabilities.
Design, launch, and sustain an enterprise mentoring program, including structure, matching, onboarding, and evaluation.
Create enterprise-wide learning curriculum through utilization of LinkedIn Learning content and learning pathways aligned to critical skills and career stages.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business, or a related field required.
10 or more years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Effectiveness in a global environment.
Demonstrated experience designing and building enterprise learning programs from the ground up.
Proven experience delivering leadership development and manager enablement programs.
Active professional coaching certification required (e.g., ICF ACC/PCC/MCC, EMCC, or equivalent)
Experience working in fast paced complex, matrixed, or regulated environments required; CRO, life sciences, healthcare, or professional services experience preferred.
