Process and fulfill clients’ orders according to the ICRC’s logistical and financial procedures and pre-established fulfilment guidelines
Ensure that the priorities set by the Supply Chain Coordinator(s) are followed
Keep service requesters regularly informed of the progress of their requests
Record and file documents pertaining to the ordering process; register and forward claims and comments from service requesters
Update logistics dashboards and provide statistics
Contribute to supply chain support for an assigned geographic area or specific group of products
Ensure that risks are mitigated by performing the controls assigned to your role as described in the Logistics Risk and Control Matrix
Requirements
Ukrainian citizenship or permanent residence permit in Ukraine
University degree or technical degree with equivalent experience in logistics, administration or equivalent
Typically, three to five years’ overall professional experience
Three years’ previous experience in administration or in a supply chain/logistics department
Good knowledge of supply chain processes
Professional fluency (written and spoken) in English, Ukrainian and Russian
Computer literacy; good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Knowledge of enterprise resource planning software an asset
Self-motivated with a strong commitment to teamwork and humanitarian principles
Flexible, enthusiastic, and willing to learn
Ability to work independently, as well as effectively under supervision
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
Ability to work within a diverse team and establish and maintain good working relations in a multi-ethnic, multi-cultural, and multi-disciplinary environment
