Design, develop, and implement end-to-end learning programs aligned to Precision’s business strategy, talent priorities, and evolving capability needs.
Support the design and delivery of leadership development programs for high-potential and senior leaders.
Develop and deliver manager enablement programs that strengthen core people management capabilities.
Create enterprise-wide learning curriculum through utilization of LinkedIn Learning content.
Facilitate live learning experiences (primarily virtual); establish metrics to evaluate learning effectiveness and continuously improve programs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business, or a related field required.
10 or more years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Effectiveness in a global environment.
Demonstrated experience designing and building enterprise learning programs from the ground up.
Proven experience delivering leadership development and manager enablement programs.
Active professional coaching certification required (e.g., ICF ACC/PCC/MCC, EMCC, or equivalent).
Experience working in fast paced complex, matrixed, or regulated environments required; CRO, life sciences, healthcare, or professional services experience preferred.
