Works with respective client groups to design organization structure, business process and systems that support their strategic goals.
Plan, coordinate and execute projects across the organization including tracking and reporting on status, risks, issues and dependencies.
Conduct research and analysis in different areas involving compensation, job evaluations, providing oversight of compliance with regulations and labor laws.
Work with the HR Business Partners and project team to automate HR data processes, improve reporting efficiency and reduce manual workloads.
Ensures the delivery of key project milestones on time and within budget, resource and policy
Provides strategic recommendations based on data analysis to drive improvements in HR processes, such as Talent management, workforce planning and employee engagement, to gain consistency in HR practices across the region
Facilitates the communication, translation and incorporation of best HR practices across businesses in the region
Performs other projects as required by the business, functional unit and/or HR organization.

Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
3-5 years of relevant job experience with demonstrated capabilities and impact on results
Strong experience with HR data analysis, metrics and KPIs, with a proven ability to extract actionable insights from large data sets.
Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI or similar platforms.
