Responsible for developing omni-channel commercial strategies delivering category growth with customers for MAGGI categories.
Create commercial plans that are shopper relevant and make a difference.
Play an important role in the strategic “Delivering Category Growth” process by fueling annual commercial planning through key analysis driving commercial opportunities at customers.
Analyze shoppers’ buying decisions within the store to give recommendations based on quantitative analysis and shopper studies.
Deliver clear channel strategies on product assortment and promotional guidelines.
Lead the preparation of presentations for customers per category, delivering clear insight-based commercial opportunities.
Analyze display performance and lead the redesign of promotional materials for 2027.
Requirements
First experience in the food industry or similar and/or first experience in marketing, commercial, or finance functions or similar.
Cross-functional experience in sales, key account management, marketing, category management, or finance is a plus.
Strong analytical skills.
Strong stakeholder management competencies and communication skills.
Fluency in English and German and/or French.
