Develop the Vittel brand and its various ranges in the French market in collaboration with the Brand Manager and the Business Unit.
Identify the short-, medium
and long-term challenges for the brand through market/brand/competitor analyses.
Recommend the means and actions (product, media, promotion, pricing, etc.) to be implemented to meet the brand's objectives.
Lead operational development in Retail, mentoring a work-study trainee.
Provide input on the strategy proposed by BU counterparts in light of the challenges on the French market.
Develop the optimal support plan for upcoming innovation launches.
Be responsible for the brand's P&L in the market, providing recommendations to ensure its financial health.
Requirements
4–5 years of proven experience as a Product Manager.
Experience in developing assets and packaging.
Proven experience in brand strategy.
Knowledge of marketing research (sell-in/sell-out analyses, consumer panels, Brand Health Tracking
BHT).
Fluent in English.
Education: Master’s degree (Bac+5) or equivalent.
