Acts as subject matter expert for the solution, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders on initiatives and activities while promoting the value of the solution.
Routinely gathers feedback from customers and internal stakeholders, reviews industry information, monitors the competitive environment, and proactively makes solution adjustments based on analysis.
Drives digital and segment-specific approach, aligning with sales, digital, and ITS stakeholders to create an omnichannel approach.
Produces project summary reports for executives.
Interfaces regularly with executives on the status and issues of the projects.
Is seen as a “Trusted Advisor” by executives and intimately knowledgeable about their business.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years Sales/Marketing/Project Management experience, OR 9 years' experience in Sales/Marketing/Project Management, OR 4 years CDW PPM experience and 5 years' experience in Sales/Marketing/Project Management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all stakeholders, up to and including executive level.
Demonstrated strong financial and analytical skills.
Proven collaboration and teaming skills.
Strong understanding of the dynamics of cross-functional teams, with the ability to creatively problem solve.
Understanding/Appreciation of maintaining confidentiality.
Well-organized with the ability to prioritize project work.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with little direction.
Proven track record in developing and/or marketing product lines with the ability to manage products through their lifecycle, customer engagement scenarios, and product positioning issues.
MBA Preferred.
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
Five or more years’ experience in leading significant and complex technology projects across a variety of solution areas.
Deep knowledge of corporate departments, responsibilities, and processes.
Experience managing and leading risk management activities on projects.
