Receivables & deadline management: You manage receivables and deadline tracking and, together with your team lead, navigate the world of efficient financial processes
Accounting: You are the organizational pro for outgoing invoicing, monitor the outgoing invoices ledger, and independently process supplier invoices using DATEV
Monthly reporting: Your eye for detail will be essential in the monthly preparation of the BWA (business performance report). You will also actively support the quarterly preparation of shareholder meetings.
Monthly payment run: You add a special touch to the monthly payment run and stay in close communication with our tax advisors to ensure smooth financial flows

You are a registered student (minimum 3rd semester) in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field
Ideally, you have already gained experience in controlling and finance through internships
You have a talent for analyzing financial metrics and very good Excel skills
Your attention to detail makes you the perfect support the finance team needs in the jungle of numbers
You convince us with very good communication skills in German and English and a professional demeanor.
