As a Working Student in People & Finance, you ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
You publish job postings, review applications and conduct initial interviews with candidates.
You support administrative HR topics, for example job tickets or onboarding.
You create and send invoices and assist with preparing accounting.
You keep track of receipts and payments and make sure nothing gets missed.
You take care of the organization of our daily office operations and ensure that necessary orders are placed on time.
Requirements
You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) with a focus on Human Resources or a related degree, or you are looking for a part-time position that fits well with your daily schedule.
Initial experience in HR, controlling or related areas is a plus but not required.
You are available for at least 16 hours per week.
You work in an organized and reliable manner and have a good eye for structured processes.
You approach tasks independently and ensure things get done.
Confident use of Canva, PowerPoint and Excel is an advantage.
Your German skills are very good; English is a plus.
