About this role
Role Overview
Manage a designated territory and build strong customer relationships.
Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Report directly to the Sr Sales Manager and manage interaction with clients.
Define sales and growth strategy for key clients and align with business objectives.
Build credibility with clients and deliver value propositions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent.
Experience in the field and with a consultative sales model
Experience selling technology (HW, SW)
Communication and Negotiation: Strong ability to present solutions and negotiate effectively.
Strategic and Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data and plan.
Results-Oriented: Focused on achieving KPIs and sales targets.
Empathy and Relationship Building: Ability to build strong, trusting relationships.
Significant experience in a Sales/Account Management related field.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment.
