Solutions Architecture Advisor

Role Overview

• Understand and analyze all business requirements to transform them into high-level requirements;
• Participate in pre-sales meetings to help sales teams draft technical responses to RFPs;
• Identify the impacts and risks of each solution and make recommendations on how to develop the solution;
• Provide technical leadership and share your expertise and knowledge with team members;
• Monitor and validate the detailed architectures defined by technical architecture advisors to ensure that the proposed concepts meet business requirements;
• Drive the evolution of technical practices and solutions to ensure and improve the stability, performance and security of existing ecosystems;
• Present solutions to clients and support them throughout the project.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science;
• AWS or Azure certification (Solutions Architect);
• Minimum 10 years of IT experience, with 5 years of experience in software or organic architecture;
• Experience in large-scale products, including system migration or implementation of solutions such as CRM, ECM, CMS, ERP or other software packages;
• Experience in the following technologies:
• Architecture modelling: C4 or ArchiMate;
• Programming languages: Java or .NET;
• Event management tools: Kafka, RabbitMQ, IBM MQ.
• Ability to simultaneously manage complex, multi-faceted projects (business, development, infrastructure, security);
• Strong leadership, initiative, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across all leverls of the organization.
• Extra edge: Certifications in Power Platform, automation, Kubernetes, etc.;
• Knowledge of DevSecOps and cybersecurity.
• Language skills: French: Proficient; English: Proficient.
