Leading and driving the quality focus and culture on the UU MSP Framework across all operational teams.
Ensuring the processes and management systems in place meet the minimum requirements as set out in the Costain Way to control risk and ensure efficient delivery.
Measuring and reporting on Key Performance Indicators and service levels, using and developing dashboards within our Power BI platform.
Drive Quality engagement through SHEQ forums and engagement with project teams.
Implementing and continually improving processes for measuring and reporting management system performance and effectiveness.
Ensuring customer satisfaction guidelines are followed consistently across the framework.
Lead and coordinate the preparation, maintenance and continuous improvement of management system documentation.
Requirements
3 – 5 years in a similar role
Degree educated
Relevant training such as CQI, Lean Six Sigma, ISO
Be a member of the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI) and hold CQP status (or an equivalent recognised Quality body).
