About this role
Role Overview
Own deals from SDR handover to signed contract.
Run demos, and negotiations end-to-end.
Drive deals forward and remove blockers.
Manage pipeline and forecast accurately.
Sell based on value by understanding client needs.
Work closely with product and tech teams on tailored solutions.
Represent the company at key fintech conferences and industry events.
Own follow-ups and convert event conversations into qualified opportunities and revenue.
Stay informed on market trends and competitors to strengthen your positioning.
Requirements
Proven track record in closing B2B deals (experience working with fintech, payments, or financial services clients is a strong plus).
Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders (incl. C-level).
Structured and disciplined in pipeline management.
Results-driven, proactive, and ownership-oriented.
Resilient and comfortable working towards targets.
Collaborative with SDRs and internal teams.
