Own and manage strategic partner relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for partner engagement
Build trusted relationships across partner organizations, from day-to-day contributors to executive stakeholders
Foster ongoing collaboration, accountability, and alignment to support long-term partnership success
Develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with Isos Technology’s business objectives and growth plans
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new partners that enhance market expansion and service capabilities
Monitor partner performance and industry trends to inform strategic recommendations and continuous improvement
Work cross-functionally to integrate partners into Isos go-to-market motions and service delivery models
Enable internal teams with the knowledge, tools, and clarity needed to successfully engage and deliver with partners
Support joint initiatives such as co-selling, marketing efforts, and integrated offerings
Requirements
5+ years of experience building and managing strategic partnerships, alliances, or channel programs within a technology, SaaS, or professional services organization
Proven ability to establish trusted relationships and influence stakeholders across partner organizations and internal teams, including senior and executive leaders
Strong strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to identify partnership opportunities and translate them into measurable business outcomes
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive alignment across cross-functional teams
Demonstrated success navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments and balancing long-term strategy with day-to-day execution
