HSE Manager

Role Overview

• The HS&E Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and enforcing health, safety, and environmental programs in support of assigned projects and operations.
• Provides leadership and oversight for health, safety, and environmental compliance, risk identification, incident prevention, training, reporting, and continuous improvement.
• Partners with project leadership, site teams, contractors, and client stakeholders to promote a proactive safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and support safe and environmentally responsible project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of four years of HS&E experience in construction, industrial, manufacturing, energy, or related high-hazard environments.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA construction standards and related HS&E requirements.
• Experience supporting high-risk work activities such as confined space, lockout/tagout, crane/lift activities, excavation, work at heights, hazardous materials, or similar activities relevant to assigned work.
