The HS&E Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and enforcing health, safety, and environmental programs in support of assigned projects and operations.
Provides leadership and oversight for health, safety, and environmental compliance, risk identification, incident prevention, training, reporting, and continuous improvement.
Partners with project leadership, site teams, contractors, and client stakeholders to promote a proactive safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and support safe and environmentally responsible project execution.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of four years of HS&E experience in construction, industrial, manufacturing, energy, or related high-hazard environments.
Strong knowledge of OSHA construction standards and related HS&E requirements.
Experience supporting high-risk work activities such as confined space, lockout/tagout, crane/lift activities, excavation, work at heights, hazardous materials, or similar activities relevant to assigned work.
