Execute the regional S&OP process
Align and support with Global SCM function and the regional Sales and BL team
Coordinate e2e supply chain planning with supplier and customers in the region
Deliver required availability / OTIF to all customers in the region.
Minimize obsolete and slow-moving stocks
Track and improve relevant SCM KPIs (Inventory, availability, OTIF, …).
Ensure accurate forecasts and initiate appropriate actions in terms of non-accurate forecasts
Ensuring transparency of actions and required deliverables.
Implement processes standards and drives digitalization and automation initiatives
Reflect and transfer regional Sales & BL developments in terms of demands towards all relevant e-2-e SCM processes

Bachelor degree with min 10+ Years of experience in supply chain roles, preferably within the automotive sector
Excellent analytical skills.
Strong and effective communication skills for managing different stakeholders and their ambitions.
Strong focus to numbers and accuracy.
Ability to lead and negotiate between stakeholders.
