Provide daily support to customers via chat, email, WhatsApp and phone, offering assistance with financial matters focused on excellence and empathy;
Support internal teams (Commercial/Sales and Customer Success), helping resolve customer-related financial issues;
Assist in maintaining and updating contracts, making adjustments to due dates and financial information in the company’s systems;
Update and issue boletos (payment slips), advising customers on deadlines, amounts, payment methods and other financial questions;
Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable routines, including due date monitoring, reconciliation and payment settlement;
Manage contract billing/invoicing, ensuring correct charging for services rendered and alignment with agreed commercial terms;
Support simple HR/Personnel routines (excluding time-sheet control), according to leadership guidance;
Assist with monthly financial closings, contributing to the organization and verification of information;
Prepare reports for financial closings, ensuring accuracy, organization and traceability of data.

Be proactive, enjoy solving problems and go beyond the obvious;
Have experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable routines;
Be proficient in bank reconciliation and familiar with cash flow management;
Enjoy customer service and have clear, empathetic and organized communication skills;
Advanced Excel skills (formulas, analyses and data organization will be part of your daily work);
Previous experience in a more generalist financial role, with exposure to Controllership and/or commission calculations is a plus;
Knowledge of or prior experience with the Omie system is a plus.
