Reading and interpreting fire protection system projects and reports;
Preparing spreadsheets, organizing data and entering information from projects and reports into systems;
Organizing documents and electronic files;
Providing administrative support to the fire safety department;
Preparing spreadsheets, reports, presentations and templates;
Entering information into team activity tracking controls;
Creating and following up on internal tickets (internal communication, requests, and others);
Making updates to project files in AutoCAD;
Requesting issuance of shipping invoices.
Requirements
Technical skills: MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Copilot (AI), OneDrive, AutoCAD, web browsing, electronic file management, and the ability to read and interpret standards, legal texts and technical reports.
Experience: Previous experience in administrative routines, electronic file organization, work in Civil Engineering and/or fire protection companies, or knowledge of fire engineering will be an advantage.
Behavioral competencies: Good verbal and written communication, critical thinking, organization, strong interpersonal skills, quick learning, team spirit and collaboration.
Education: Technical vocational training in building construction or currently enrolled in civil, electrical or related engineering programs (Advantage: knowledge in fire protection or experience in companies in the field).
