Learn to provide accurate technical and product information to both internal teams and external customers, building strong product knowledge over time.
Develop the ability to correctly identify, process and fulfil parts orders, ensuring customers receive the right components efficiently.
Gain practical experience in warehouse operations, including picking, packing and dispatching orders.
Participate in stocktakes and cycle counts.
Work closely with experienced team members and cross-functional departments to develop industry knowledge and best practices.
Demonstrate a willingness to learn, take initiative and continuously develop skills within the customer support environment.
Requirements
Mechanical aptitude with previous experience in similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
Analytical skills and attention to detail
Willingness to learn ERP, POS, and Microsoft Office systems.
Forklift License desirable.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
