About this role
Role Overview
Label and organize documents according to established procedures.
Create, organize, and maintain complete and accurate case files in Filevine.
Gather all required client information and supporting documentation.
Conduct onboarding calls with new clients and clearly explain next steps and expectations.
Escalate issues or missing information promptly to the appropriate team.
Provide clean, thorough handoffs to the paralegal team.
Ensure onboarding tasks are completed within required timeframes.
Send Letters of Representation and requests for police reports or photos.
Requirements
Clear and professional verbal and written communication.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Process driven mindset with ability to follow SOPs and checklists.
Accountability and strong follow through on tasks.
Ability to balance empathy with direct, efficient conversations.
