Role Overview
- Schedule hearings, deadlines, and internal tasks.
- Communicate with clients professionally and clearly.

- Draft legal documents including: Motions, Complaints, Contracts, Settlement agreements.
- Communicate with opposing counsel and other attorneys’ offices.
- Follow up on filings, deadlines, and outstanding items.
- Maintain organized files and systems.
- Escalate issues promptly when something is unclear or outside scope.
- Utilize AI tools intelligently (reviewing, correcting, and refining content — not copying and pasting).
Requirements
- Strong drafting and motion practice experience.
- U.S.-based drafting experience.
- Strong legal judgment.
- Ability to work independently.
- Must not need to be micromanaged or 'babied'.
- Demonstrates initiative and proactive problem-solving.
- Escalates issues early instead of spending excessive time guessing.
- Strong common sense and critical-thinking skills.
- Pays close attention to detail and follows through on tasks.
- Systematic, organized, and deadline-driven.
- Manages time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
