Identify consumer cohort trends, and suggest areas to intervene within the customer lifecycle
Work with complex data sets to develop strategic, analysis-motivated consumer pricing and promotions plans
Analyze campaign results to identify drivers of performance and opportunities to iterate on test structure
Manage end-to-end audience operations, including segmentation, uploads, orchestration
Partner with Campaign Owners within the Promotions team to test and manage multiple overlapping promotions across segments and markets to ensure effective campaign targeting
Partner with Analytics and Engineering teams to create forecasting and reporting structures that can be scaled
Investigate campaign or performance incidents, identify root causes, and implement solutions to improve reliability and outcomes
Own weekly business reporting (WBR), delivering clear insights on promotions performance, key trends, and opportunities
Establish a strong working relationship with cross functional stakeholders in our Analytics, Product, Tech & Strategy teams
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience
4+ years of experience in finance/management consulting, business operations, growth marketing/marketing analytics, or business analytics
Strong analytical/SQL skills
Advanced Excel skills
Experienced at communicating data driven insights for senior stakeholders verbally and in writing
Strong business acumen and results focused
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
Experience with CRM technology including ESPs, segmentation tools, and complex data structures and systems
Experience translating data into applicable insights for partners
