About this role
Role Overview
You will be responsible for developing and producing performance creatives that measurably contribute to the growth of our paid campaigns—especially on Meta, TikTok, and similar platforms.
You will implement existing creative strategies in a structured way, continuously develop new variants from them, and ensure we can test, learn, and improve quickly.
You will edit and refine UGC and ad videos following clear dramaturgies (hook, structure, variants) and ensure content is not only produced but also performs.
You will also design static creatives, visuals, and graphics for ads, social media, and e-commerce, ensuring a consistent, functional overall look.
You will iteratively optimize existing content based on data—using performance metrics, clear hypotheses, and rapid iteration rather than one-off “perfect” solutions.
You will work closely with the marketing team, which provides the strategic framework, and reliably translate that into scalable creative output.
You will use modern tools and AI-supported workflows to make content production more efficient, faster, and reproducible.
Requirements
You have experience creating video and/or graphic content and understand how content needs to be structured to capture attention and perform.
Ideally, you have already worked in a performance or e-commerce environment (e.g., paid ads on Meta, TikTok, etc.).
You work quickly, in a structured way, and adhere closely to briefings—you don’t need creative freedom to deliver good results; you reliably and cleanly implement clear guidelines.
You have a strong understanding of effective creatives (hook, structure, editing, dynamics) and can efficiently translate existing approaches into new variants.
You are strong in operational execution: video editing (e.g., CapCut, Premiere, After Effects) and design (e.g., Photoshop, Figma) are part of your daily routine.
You think in terms of output and iteration rather than single projects—many solid variants beat one “perfect” idea for you.
You work independently, meet deadlines reliably, and keep an overview even when handling many tasks in parallel.
You are open to feedback and can develop your work based on data without getting attached to individual ideas.
Benefits
Flexible working: You can work 100% remotely or from our office in Andernach—what matters is the result, not the location.
Clear responsibility: You will own a clearly defined area within creative production and see directly how your work impacts performance.
Autonomy instead of micromanagement: You receive clear briefs and goals—the implementation is your responsibility.
Direct, honest feedback: Feedback here is clear, factual, and focused on improvement—without political games.
Structured work environment: You work with clear processes, fixed procedures, and defined creative strategies—no chaos, no constant rethinking from scratch.
Meaningful development: You grow based on output, speed, and quality of your work—not by job title.
Work equipment: You will receive high-quality Apple equipment for productive work.
