- drive end-to-end process of launching new insurance carrier partners and products
- improve quoting system logic, eligibility rules, and coverage matching
- diagnose drop-out points in quoting journey and implement improvements
- maintain integrity of underwriting inputs for accurate pricing
- keep median quote latency between 5-15 seconds for reliability
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in technical product management, management consulting, or data analytics
- extreme attention to detail
- understanding of API documentation and rating logic
- understanding of backend technical performance impacting consumer behavior
- comfortable diving into data to track KPIs
- ability to bridge gaps between engineering, insurance specialists, and external partners
- passionate about AI and leveraging it at scale
