Role Overview
- Own the end-to-end process of launching new insurance carrier partners and products
- Improve quoting system logic and coverage matching
- Diagnose customer drop-off points and implement solutions
- Maintain the integrity of underwriting inputs
- Keep median quote latency between 5-15 seconds
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in technical product management, management consulting, or data analytics
- Extreme attention to detail
- Deep understanding of API documentation and rating logic
- Understanding of backend technical performance and its impact on consumer behavior
- Data-driven with experience in tracking KPIs
- Superb communication skills to bridge gaps between teams
- Passionate about AI and its application in improving customer experiences
