- Keep median quote latency between 5-15 seconds for reliability
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in technical product management, management consulting, or data analytics
- Attention to detail with deep understanding of API documentation and rating logic
- Understanding of backend technical performance impacting consumer behavior
- Strong data analysis skills to track KPIs
- Ability to communicate effectively with engineering and external partners
- Passionate about leveraging AI to improve customer experiences
