Role Overview
- Lead end-to-end product development for Jerry's AI-powered customer experiences and internal AI platform
- Partner with engineers to design and iterate on AI architectures
- Bridge between engineering and other teams, leading AI best practices
- Own and drive metrics that matter, improving them through data and experimentation
- Work directly with OpenAI to evaluate new models and capabilities
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in technical product management, management consulting, data analytics, or operations at a fast-paced startup
- Passion for AI and ability to work with the latest technology
- Comfort in technical conversations about system architecture, API design, and prompt engineering
- Data-driven mindset, familiar with SQL
- Metrics-driven and always seeking improvement
