- Diagnose customer dropouts in the quoting journey
- Maintain integrity of underwriting inputs
- Keep median quote latency between 5-15 seconds
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in technical product management, management consulting, or data analytics
- Extreme attention to detail
- Understanding of backend technical performance
- Comfortable diving into data and KPIs
- Ability to bridge communication between engineering and external partners
- Passionate about AI
