Role Overview
- Own the end-to-end process of launching new insurance carrier partners and products
- Improve quoting system logic, eligibility rules, and coverage matching
- Diagnose where customers drop out of the quoting journey
- Maintain integrity of underwriting inputs
- Ensure median quote latency between 5-15 seconds
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in technical product management, management consulting, or data analytics
- extreme attention to detail
- understanding of backend technical performance
- comfortable diving into data to answer questions
- ability to bridge gap between engineering and insurance specialists
- passion for AI and automation
