Role Overview
- Lead scaled agile transformation (SAFe or similar)
- Lead ramp-up and maturity development of tribes
- Support leaders, squads and stakeholders in the adoption of agile practices
- Implement and track OKRs
- KPIs and metrics
- Performance dashboards
- Work to remove organizational impediments
- Conduct leadership and team coaching
- Facilitate rituals, ceremonies and flow management
- Support definition of roles, backlogs and agile governance
- Operate in contexts of cultural change and organizational transformation
- Work in environments with cross-team dependencies
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as an Agile Coach (not only Scrum Master or Product Owner)
- Experience with agile transformation in large enterprises
- Hands-on experience with scaled agility (practical SAFe experience)
- Experience with Scrum and Kanban at scale
- Dependency management
- Cross-team facilitation
- Experience with OKRs, metrics and KPIs
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence and ServiceNow
- Experience with day-to-day coaching and mentoring
- Experience working with senior leaders and executives
