Spearhead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements, guiding clients through the full transaction lifecycle
Direct the development of quality of earnings analyses, net working capital assessments, and cash flow analyses
Oversee the design and delivery of advanced analytics solutions
Drive hypothesis-led, data-enabled approaches to uncover performance trends
Integrate leading analytics tools into diligence workflows
Contribute to developing and implementing firm-approved, AI-enabled solutions for clients
Stay informed about emerging AI tools and collaborate with leadership

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree a plus
CPA, CA,or CFA certification preferred
Minimum 10+ years of experience in financial due diligence, transaction advisory, or a related field within a public accounting or professional services environment.
Willingness to travel up to 30%
