About this role
Role Overview
Organize, qualify, and prioritize requests from internal teams (incidents, improvements, and product enhancements)
Identify patterns and recurring issues to address root causes, reducing support volume
Structure and evolve the request workflow (classification, prioritization, and tracking)
Manage the backlog with a focus on operational efficiency and business impact
Work closely with the technical team to ensure clarity of requirements and proper direction
Support building solutions that increase business teams' autonomy and reduce back-office dependence
Define and monitor metrics related to efficiency, request volume, and reduction of rework
Communicate and negotiate priorities, decisions, and alignments with stakeholders clearly and concisely
Support organizing team processes and rituals, ensuring flow and predictability
Operate with strong analytical and prioritization skills in an environment with multiple simultaneous demands
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis, Information Systems, or related fields
Experience in high-demand and support/maintenance environments
Ability to organize workflows, structure processes, and provide visibility into work
Critical mindset to identify bottlenecks and continuous improvement opportunities
Strong ability to identify patterns and address root causes
Ability to distinguish incidents, improvements, and product enhancements
Decision-making based on impact and recurrence
Basic data analysis skills (Excel, Google Sheets, or simple visualization tools)
Good communication skills to interact with different teams and organizational levels
Clarity in translating operational problems into practical guidance for the technical team
Hands-on profile with a sense of ownership and responsibility
Ability to work autonomously and make decisions in dynamic environments
Focus on solving problems structurally rather than providing only ad-hoc fixes
Previous experience in support, operations, back office, or internal teams is a plus
Experience with ticket management, incident handling, or operational workflows is a plus
Experience with process improvement and operational efficiency is a plus
Experience working with agile methodologies and/or transitioning to product-focused roles is a plus
Basic knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus
Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Google Forms, or similar is a plus
Experience in technology or SaaS companies, and working with products targeted at the public sector, is a plus
