Contribute expert knowledge to global HR systems and data management concepts
Translate HR concepts into technical system solutions and operational data processes
Drive global standardization and harmonization of HR systems and job architecture
Maintain global policies, standards, and frameworks
Coordinate global HR IT projects, rollouts, testing, and releases
Act as interface between HR, IT, and Global Transaction Center
Provide technical support and continuous process improvements

Academic degree in Business Administration, Organizational Management, or related field
More than 5 years of experience in HR systems and data management
Strong experience with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
High IT affinity and analytical mindset
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
