Oversee the overall site operations at North American campuses
Manage a team of directors and facility engineers
Ensure exceptional service and 100% uptime across the portfolio
Drive continuous improvement by measuring metrics and KPIs
Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Construction teams to optimize construction costs
Protect and improve the value of assets by ensuring machinery and systems meet or exceed life spans
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving service issues
Drive the development and implementation of improved standards for maintenance and budgeting
Build high-performing site operations teams through engagement and trust

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in site operations or facilities management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position
Proven experience in the data center industry or a related field
Strong knowledge of building systems and machinery, with the ability to recognize performance deficiencies and respond to operational and emergency situations
Demonstrated expertise in reliability engineering and project management
Proficiency in operations management software and systems
Consistent track record of excellent internal and external customer service
Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and building automation systems
