Role Overview
- Implement the Scrum Framework and Agile processes across multiple Scrum teams
- Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and lead breakout sessions during PI Planning
- Mentor less experienced Scrum Masters
- Manage dependencies between teams
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Project Management and Agile methodologies
- Deep expertise in Jira administration and reporting
- Experience with AI-driven Agile or productivity tools preferred
- Proficiency in Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, and Aha!
- Experience mentoring and coaching other Scrum Masters
- Strong leadership and communication skills
