Provide legal counsel and representation to the firm’s clients from pre-trial through trial
Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, written discovery, and agreements
Attend court hearings, depositions, trials, and client meetings
Conduct legal research and case analysis
Collaborate with senior associates and partners on case strategy
Contribute to business development and client relationship management
Able to work/bill 10-20 hours per week (with the potential for up to 29 hours per week based on office needs)

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active membership in the Arizona State Bar
At least three (3) years' experience in the defense of medical malpractice cases or practicing healthcare law
Strong understanding of State and Federal court rules and procedures
Strong litigation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Excellent legal research and writing skills
Exceptional oral and written communication
