Own and optimize HRIS and ATS platforms (UKG and related systems) as the source of truth for employee and recruiting data
Manage system configuration including security roles, workflows, permissions, alerts, and integrations
Troubleshoot issues, manage system updates, and continuously improve performance and user experience
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent Management) to support system enhancements and rollout of core HR processes
Identify and implement automation opportunities across HR workflows to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy
Leverage system capabilities, integrations, and AI tools to streamline processes (e.g., onboarding, data updates, reporting)
Continuously evaluate and improve workflows with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and user experience
Establish and maintain strong data governance practices across HR systems
Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance
Partner with IT, Finance, and Analytics teams to ensure alignment and integrity across systems
Build and maintain HR reports (e.g., EEO-1, census reporting, operational metrics)
Develop dashboards that provide visibility into key workforce trends (e.g., turnover, employee movement)
Leverage AI-enabled tools to surface insights and predictive indicators
Design and maintain dashboards to support HR and leadership decision-making
Improve visibility into workforce metrics and trends to drive better business outcomes
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (preferred)
3–5+ years of experience in HRIS, HR operations, or HR analytics
Hands-on experience with HR systems (UKG strongly preferred; Workday, UltiPro, Paycor, or similar)
Experience with workflow automation, system integrations, or process optimization
Strong understanding of HR processes and data management best practices
Experience building reports and dashboards and translating data into insights
High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and integrity
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
