Contribute to production of investment memorandums
Research and analyse industry trends, competitors, and product characteristics to support product development activities
Prepare product presentations, proposals, and recommendations
Respond to inquiries from external business partners, as well as business partners across the organisation

Attained at least a notable grade (7.0 – 8.9) from a university (or equivalent) and have graduated by August 2026
Investment Management Knowledge & Interest: Academic background or demonstrated interest in Real Estate
Preferably have prior experience of coding such as VBA, and/or familiarity with Python and Bloomberg
Ability to translate complex information into clear, concise written and verbal communications tailored to different audiences
Proven ability to work effectively in team settings
Demonstrated ability to understand business problems from multiple angles
Strong competency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook & advanced in Excel)
Track record of taking ownership of projects or responsibilities without constant supervision
Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal)
