Requirements
Proven experience as a Senior QA Analyst in complex digital projects.
Ability to analyze business needs and functional requirements, translating them into test strategies (plans, scenarios, and test cases).
Technical leadership of the quality function, defining processes, metrics, and ensuring best practices.
Deep knowledge of test automation (Web, APIs, Mobile) and tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Postman, Appium).
Ability to work in agile squads, actively collaborating with Product Owners, developers, and designers to ensure quality from conception (shift-left testing).
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on ensuring end-to-end product quality.
