Work with a team of experienced engineers to design, build, and evolve our Internal Developer Platform (IDP)
Develop and extend a Backstage-based developer portal, improving developer experience across the company
Build and maintain Backstage plugins and extensions that integrate with platform services
Design and implement frontend features using TypeScript and React for scalable developer-facing tools
Integrate backend platform services to provide self-service capabilities for engineering teams
Improve developer workflows by simplifying service discovery, deployment, observability, and operational tooling
Collaborate closely with platform teams to unify developer experience
Contribute to UI/UX design decisions for internal tools and developer workflows
Participate in code reviews, operational improvements, and agile development cycles
Explore opportunities to apply AI-driven features to automate developer workflows and improve productivity
