About this role
Role Overview
Promotional Calendar Management: Develop and implement the annual trade plan focused on wholesalers and OL, adapting national campaigns to each partner's regional reality.
Budget Management: Administer the channel budget, negotiating visibility counterbalances (promotional leaflets/tabloids, online activations, activations at trade shows).
Data Analysis (Sell-in / Sell-out): Monitor channel performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of plans; monitor inventories to avoid stockouts and overstocks, using tools such as IQVIA or partners’ BI portals.
Associative Network Strategy: Create incentive and loyalty programs for affiliated networks to increase mindshare among pharmacy clerks and pharmacy owners.
Oversee the calendar of industry trade shows and events, as well as the proposals that will be negotiated.
Training and Engagement: Develop training materials for wholesalers’ sales forces, ensuring distributor salespeople can communicate the value of the brand.
Execution at Indirect Points of Sale: Define the Execution Guide (planogram and MPV) for pharmacies served indirectly, monitoring effectiveness through audits and route checks.
Requirements
Proven experience in Trade Marketing within the indirect pharma channel
Experience with pharmaceutical distributors, affiliated networks, and incentive programs for independent retail
Experience managing promotional campaigns and industry trade shows
Advanced Excel / data analysis skills
Experience with IQVIA or market data
Analytical and results-oriented profile
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Availability to travel and attend industry trade shows and events
