Prospect and qualify new acute care customers within a multi-state Western territory.
Support territory growth through coordinated outreach, account targeting, and partner alignment.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline aligned to monthly and annual targets.
Conduct discovery to uncover hospital needs and identify value opportunities.
Present tailored solutions to clinical, financial, and executive stakeholders.
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver solutions aligned to territory and customer priorities.
Requirements
3–4 years of experience in healthcare, equipment, or service-based sales (acute care preferred).
Proven ability to generate new business and support territory growth initiatives.
Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through close.
Ability to engage and influence hospital stakeholders, including executive leadership.
Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
