AI Educator, Consultant – Freelance

Role Overview

• Conduct the AI License program
• Lead live modules: You co-lead the four content live modules (2 hours each, every two weeks) together with Jens or Moritz — covering prompt engineering, productive work with AI, automation, and agent systems.
• Moderate consulting sessions: In the accompanying consulting sessions (4 × 1 hour per program) you work with participants on concrete use cases from their companies — turning theory into real change.
• Supervise micro-tasks: You guide participants through 20+ personalized tasks tailored to their actual job requirements and provide qualified feedback.
• Manage the communication channel: You act as the contact in the direct communication channel — the “AI consulting in your pocket” for our clients.
• Support implementation projects: The license programs regularly lead to concrete projects — especially in automation and agent systems (e.g., with n8n, Make, or custom solutions).

Requirements

• 5–10+ years in business, marketing, consulting, product, IT, or engineering — you interact with our clients at leadership level as an equal.
• Deep AI practice: Well beyond the basics. You use generative AI productively every day and can show others how to do the same.
• Automation & agents: Demonstrable experience with automation tools and agent systems (e.g., n8n, Make) and end-to-end implementation of AI use cases.
• Teaching and communication skills: You can explain complex topics clearly and inspire people about AI — not with buzzwords, but with real examples.
• Consulting instinct: You quickly recognize which use cases are truly relevant for a company — and which only sound good.
