Lead the deployment and configuration of endpoint backup client across the enterprise
Configure, maintain, and iterate system infrastructure design in coordination with enterprise architects and infrastructure services
Provide expert technical support in collaboration with Information technology support teams for application and service-related issues
Diagnose and resolve service interruptions
Plan and execute client and infrastructure upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to users
Integrate and conduct comprehensive testing of new client and server versions ensuring service continuity and availability
Engage and partner with application vendor on product improvements, outage recoveries, bug fixes, and system upgrade planning
Monitor and address service security vulnerabilities, applying necessary updates or configurations
Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and procedures. Produce knowledge articles on service scope, application training and instruction, best practices, common questions, and self-help
Generate reports on service usage, performance metrics, and upgrade status for management review
Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies related to disaster recovery and business continuity
Requirements
5+ years of experience designing and developing software for complex systems such as Distributed Systems, Multi-Threaded and Multi-Process Applications, and Client-server Architecture
5+ years of experience supporting both client and server in a client-server architecture
5+ years of experience developing software for automated solutions
5+ years of experience writing PowerShell or other scripts to automate deployment and configuration of operating systems
5+ years of experience of working with data in relational databases and/or cloud environments
