Manage sales performance of both indirect and direct channels in the states of GO, DF, MT, MS, TO, AC, RO and MG
Monitor the implementation of strategies, tracking sales volume to achieve profitability targets, market share growth and product distribution
Control the sales channel budget for the area of responsibility
Manage channel results, ensuring optimization of investments to drive sales returns
Maintain strong relationships with key customers to deepen partnerships
Monitor competitor activities to identify opportunities
Oversee management of all distribution contracts with support from the Legal Department
Coordinate activities and communications with indirect channel customers to improve brand visibility
Lead your team, applying HR practices and policies.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising or related fields
Proven experience in team management
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Commercial/Sales area, preferably in the consumer goods segment
Strong analytical skills
Experience with analysis tools and performance indicators
Reside in Goiânia or be willing to relocate
