Role Overview
Lead the management and evolution of the performance cycle, ensuring consistency, clarity, and alignment with business priorities.
Develop and implement talent retention strategies and programs, focusing on engagement, succession, and the development of key talent.
Design, structure, and manage career frameworks that promote transparency, internal mobility, and sustainable growth.
Act as a strategic partner to managers, leaders, and HRBPs across regions, aligning talent initiatives with business needs.
Support leaders in decision-making related to performance, potential, and team development.
Implement and evolve frameworks, tools, and performance management practices that drive accountability and high performance.
Identify competency gaps and development needs through data analysis and stakeholder engagement.
Translate insights into learning solutions aligned with business priorities.
Develop and facilitate engaging learning experiences using modern methodologies and digital tools.
Support employees and managers in navigating development programs, learning paths, and career opportunities.
Provide coaching and support to drive performance and accelerate professional development.
Measure the impact of development and learning initiatives by analyzing trends and recommending data-driven improvements.
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Advanced English.
Experience with performance management and related software.
Strong data visualization skills.
Knowledge of frameworks, goal setting, and feedback processes.
Ability to design growth and progression tracks and programs.
Ability to coach individuals toward growth and improved performance.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively.
Experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a high degree of ambiguity.
