Prepare and monitor executive construction schedules using Microsoft Project, reporting progress status and identified risks, as well as managing project budget control and approvals.
Support the PMO area in consolidating CAPEX information and performance indicators (KPIs) for ongoing projects.
Interface directly with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, clients, multidisciplinary teams and the engineering team, ensuring alignment of expectations.
Conduct field visits to verify compliance with deadlines, scope, budget and quality of execution.
Follow up on delivery deadlines from designers and perform final analysis of projects prior to execution.
Prepare technical reports, descriptive technical specifications and progress presentations.
Travel for site supervision and in-person meetings when necessary.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urbanism or Civil Engineering.
Experience with Microsoft Project for creating and tracking schedules.
Advanced Office suite skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) for reports, spreadsheets and presentations.
Intermediate knowledge of data analysis tools such as Power BI, SQL, Alteryx and related tools.
Availability to travel.
Experience in civil construction projects.
Knowledge of project management and experience working with a PMO.
Ability to read and interpret multidisciplinary project drawings and documentation.
Strong organizational skills and attention to delivery deadlines.
Good communication skills for interfacing with clients, designers and engineering teams.
Proactivity, adaptability and the ability to handle multiple demands.
Aptitude for project budget control, monitoring and approving costs, ensuring compliance with the physical-financial plan.
