Promote and advise on laws, rules, policies and systems
Ensure rules and policies comply with federal and state laws and regulations
Serve as a vital conduit, providing expert consultation to all levels of leadership and Human Resources Staff
Requirements
A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business or Public Administration, Behavioral Sciences or Organizational Development/Behavior
Five years professional level human resource experience in HR policy administration, workforce management, investigations and human resource management principles and practices; OR Eight years professional level human resource experience in HR policy administration, workforce management, investigations and human resource management principles and practices
A master's degree may substitute for one year of professional-level experience
The State Certified Human Resources Professional (SCHRP) certification may substitute for six months of human resource professional-level experience
Valid Certification as a SHRM Certified Professional may substitute for one year of human resource professional-level experience.
